Online Store Exchange Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
*Note we do not accept exchanges that have been worn or washed, even lightly used. Unfortunately these are not eligible to resell.*

HOLIDAY SEASON ONLY exchange Policy
All online orders that are purchased after Nov. 19th - Jan 31st are eligible for exchange

To start an exchange please do the following:

  1. Email sales@surfinspoon with the following information
    1. Name/order #/Date Purchased/Reason of Exchange/Wait for Response
  2. We will email you back with further instructions

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like books, keychains, stickers, tote bags, hats, and towels. All sale items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on gift cards

Damages
We do our best to safely package your items, but once the package is dropped off at the Post Office it is out of our hands. Our packages are insured so you CAN file a claim with USPS to get a refund for your item(s). To file a USPS claim, gather your tracking number, order confirmation, take a photo of the broken item with the packaging, and, photo of the shipping label. Go to USPS.com, click “Help” at the top right, select “Filing a Claim”. We recommend you hang on to the broken item and packaging until the claim has been processed. Please let us know if you need any help filing the claim. Photos of the items & the box are needed. Thank you for your patience!
